This site states that they currently have 73.916 members and have paid out $90,430. They do this by paying out $10 for each ad click and each email read. Minimum payout is $10,000 and it will take 60 business days to get paid via Alertpay or Paypal.

Detailed Overview

The main page of FinePTC states that they pay $10 for each click a member does - but if you will look in the terms of service section you will notice that they state that the amounts are estimated values. They state that actual amount may vary and what this means is that they can give you whatever amount they choose when they are doing the payouts. To be eligible to receive any payments at all you must go on the website and click advertisements at least once a week - if you are inactive for 60 days they will clear your account of all earnings.

There is an upgraded membership level available - Golden. This membership can be purchased monthly, for multiple months, or yearly. Once month of Golden membership is $39.95. The membership for multiple months does not generate any discount but purchasing a yearly membership for $289.95 does give about a $10 per month dicount. To generate additional income referral purchases are also available.and each referral costs $1 - there is no limit to the number of referrals a member can have. All purchases are lifetime - once the referral is in your downline they will stay there as long as they are a member.

Advertising on FinePtc is very inexpensive. Link advertisements are $5 for a thousand hits and banner advertisements are $2.50 for 25,000 hits. Hits will be unique and count against your total amount of available hits if it is a member actually clicking the advertisement. Visitors to FinePtc who are deciding whether or not to join are able to click ads to try it out and these clicks are free visitors to your website.

If you are looking to join a pay to click site please practice due diligence when considering this one. There is no guarantee on the amount of money you will receive for your efforts (according to the TOS) but it is pretty definite it will not be $10 per click. The reason for this is that the numbers don't match - they can't charge an advertiser .005 cents for each click while paying you $10 for the same click. If you decide to join please join as a free member - I know it will take longer to reach payout but better to be sure before investing your money.
